উত্তর t সামাজিক উন্নয়ন হচ্ছে দরিদ্র জনগনের ক্ষমতায়নের একটি প্রক্রিয়া যা সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধির মাধ্যমে তাদেরকে অধিকার ,ন্যায়বিচার ও  মর্যাদা  সম্পর্কে সক্ষম করে তোলে ।

 

Development: According to Myrdal, Development is considered as a process of commutative, quantitative and qualitative change from a state of backwardness to that of positive one.

 

Development: According to Alexander- Development is fundamentally a process of change that involves the whole society-its Economic, Social, Cultural, political and physical structure as well as the value system and way of life of the people.

Social Mobilization is the cornerstone or participatory approaches in rural development and poverty alleviation programme. It is a powerful instrument in decentralization polices and programme aimed at strengthening human and institutional resources development at local level. Social mobilization strengthens participation of rural poor in the use of local level. Social mobilization strengthens participation of rural poor in the use of locally available financial resources and enhances opportunities for asset building by the poorest of the poor.

উত্তর t Community বা সম্প্রদায় হচ্ছে একই রীতিনীতভুক্ত জনগোষ্ঠী যা ক্ষুদ্রাকারে বা  বৃহদাকারে এক বা একাধিক উদ্দেশ্য নিয়ে নয় বরং জীবনের সামগ্রিক প্রয়োজনাদি মিটিয়ে থাকে। যখন একদল লোক এমনভাবে বসবাস করে যে, তারা কোন বিশেষ স্বার্থের অংশিদার না হয়ে সাধারন জীবনের প্রাথমিক প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়ে অংশগ্রহণ করে, তখন সে গোষ্ঠিকে স¤প্রদায় বলা হয়। স¤প্রদায় স্বতস্ফুর্তভাবে গড়ে ওঠে, উদ্দেশ্যমূলকভাবে এর সৃষ্টি হয়নি। একটি গ্রামে একাধিক কমিউনিটি থাকতে পারে আবার একাধিক গ্রাম নিয়েও গড়ে উঠতে পারে একটি কমিউনিটি। কাজের সুবিধার জন্য কখনও কখনও কোন এলাকাকে বিভিন্ন কমিউনিটিতে ভাগ করা হয়ে থাকে।

Question t What is Community Development?

Answer t The development which are to be needed at a certain community that is all ways staying very much hard core poor and measurable in condition is known as community development. Under community one can grow up the social development, Education, Transaction, Communication, Livelihoods and Livestock both depends on community development.

Specific, operationalized statement detailing the desired accomplishment of the program. It is action-oriented, starts with the word “to” and is followed by an action verb. Objectives are stated in terms of results to be achieved, not processes or activities to be performed.
